India (174-9) beat Australia (154-7) by 20 runs in RaipurWin hands hosts unassailable 3-1 lead in five-game series
India have exacted some belated retribution for recent World Cup heartbreak with their spinners spearheading a series-sealing 20-run victory in the fourth Twenty20 at Raipur.
After being sent in, India lost five wickets for seven runs from their last nine balls to stumble to 174 for nine on Friday (Saturday AEDT) before bouncing back to restrict Australia to 154 for seven and move into an unassailable 3-1 lead in the five-match series. Matthew Wade (36 not out) swung hard late on after World Cup final hero Travis Head (31) made a typically fast start, but Australia were tied down in between by spinners Axar Patel (three for 16) and Ravi Bishnoi (one for 17).
