Barely a week goes by without a bizarre new dating show entering the streaming arena. We are mere animals obsessed with unpicking the highs, lows and – more often than not – excruciating moments that come with first dates. Such voyeurism is irresistible.
There are plenty of pods about dating, from sharing embarrassing anecdotes to expert advice. But can the “let’s go on a first date” format work on a podcast?
