The watchdog overseeing the NSW Independent Commission Against Corruption will conduct a formal investigation of the delay in making findings against Gladys Berejiklian and her former partner Daryl Maguire.
The Guardian can reveal the Inspector of the Independent Commission Against Corruption, which fields complaints about the watchdog and oversees its conduct, is preparing to investigate the widely criticised delays.
