Australian pair make 30-woman list for prestigious awardFirst time two Australian players nominated
Sam Kerr is again in the running for the women’s Ballon d’Or award with Matildas teammate Hayley Raso also named among the 30 shortlisted players – the first time two Australian players have been nominated for the prestigious award.
Chelsea striker Kerr has finished third in voting in each of the last two years and has a chance of once again finishing on the podium as one of the world’s top three players.
