Jamaica goalkeeper Rebecca Spencer and the head coach, Lorne Donaldson, spoke after the side’s third consecutive shutout — a goalless draw against Brazil on Wednesday — sent the Reggae Girlz through to the knockout stages of the Women’s World Cup for the first time.
‘Jamaicans love a reason to celebrate,’ said Donaldson. ‘They’re going to celebrate like you’ve never seen.’
