An appeals court will be asked to consider overturning Kathleen Folbigg’s convictions for killing her four children after an inquiry found there was reasonable doubt of her guilt.
Folbigg received an unconditional pardon in June and was released from jail after a New South Wales inquiry heard new scientific evidence indicated she might not be responsible for her children’s deaths.
