A man is no longer accused of killing his girlfriend 18 years ago after charges against him were dropped.
Tobias Friedrich Moran, 43, was charged with murdering German backpacker Simone Strobel and intending to pervert the course of justice in July 2022, after being extradited to New South Wales.
