Deal worth close to £40m lined up for England Under-21 playerChelsea will benefit from sell-on clause in 2021 move
Newcastle have agreed a deal worth close to £40m to sign the full-back Tino Livramento from Southampton. Eddie Howe is a huge fan of the England Under-21 international, who missed the majority of last season after a serious knee injury.
Livramento is set to undergo a medical after agreeing a long-term contract. The 20-year-old has been left out of the Southampton squad that has travelled to Sheffield Wednesday for Friday’s Championship opener at Hillsborough.
