A two-year-old girl was found dead under the rubble of a house outside the central Ukrainian city of Dnipro overnight after Russian missiles struck a residential area, the region’s governor said.
Serhiy Lysak said another 22 people were injured, including five children, in an attack that destroyed or damaged several buildings.
